Our Rental Policies

WHAT CONSTITUTES A RENTAL PERIOD:

HOURLY RATES: Rental Time Starts at the time the equipment is picked up and ends when it is returned.
1 DAY= 24 HOURS
1 WEEK= 7 CALENDAR DAYS
1 MONTH= 28 CALENDAR DAYS. All Monthly rentals are billed in 4-week increments.
We charge for all time out, regardless of whether the equipment was used or not, including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

WE HAVE WEEKEND RATES:

Out Friday after 1:00 pm and returned Monday by 9:00 am; only charge for 1 day.
Additionally, we may run special holiday rates. Please contact our team for more information.

HOUR METERED EQUIPMENT:

You may be charged for additional hours on items that have an hour meter. We use the general industry practice basing rates on one 8 hour shift, 40 hours per week. Overtime for double or triple shifts will be charged accordingly.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP:

Delivery Rates vary depending on delivery location, the time it takes to deliver, current gas prices, and size/weight of equipment to be delivered. PLEASE CALL FOR A DELIVERY AND PICKUP QUOTE. All quotes are estimates. Actual Delivery/Pickup Fees will be billed according to actual time, not estimated time.

FUEL:

All equipment is delivered to you with full fuel tanks. Customer is responsible for ALL fuel used. All small engine equipment rentals are charged a one gallon minimum charge, and we refund this if the equipment is returned full.

DAMAGE WAIVER:

DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE. DAMAGE WAIVER RELIEVES THE RENTER OF LIABILITY FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE RENTED EQUIPMENT FROM ANY EXTERNAL CAUSE AND FOR LOSS DUE TO FIRE, COLLISION, WIND STORM, UPSET AND RIOT, EXCEPT AS FOLLOWS:

DAMAGE WAIVER DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM THEFT, BURGLARY, MISUSE OR ABUSE, INTENTIONAL DAMAGE, AND MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE.

WHILE THE EQUIPMENT IS ON RENT TO A CUSTOMER, IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO LUBRICATE, CHECK AIR FILTER, OIL LEVEL AND ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS TO THE RENTED EQUIPMENT. DAMAGE WAIVER WILL NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM LACK OF GENERAL MAINTENANCE.

IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO REJECT DAMAGE WAIVER, TARGET RENTAL MUST RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING TARGET RENTAL AS LOSS PAYEE WITH A GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY HAVING A MINIMUM OF $500,000 PER OCCURRENCE. FOR A MORE THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT DAMAGE WAIVER COVERS, PLEASE READ THE LEGAL CONTRACT THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED PRIOR TO USING THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
