WHAT CONSTITUTES A RENTAL PERIOD:
HOURLY RATES:
Rental Time Starts at the time the equipment is
picked up and ends when it is returned.
ONE DAY:
Equipment is due in 24 hours after it was picked
up. Since we are not open on Sunday, a ONE DAY
charge applies for equipment that is picked up
after 3:00 pm on Saturday and returned by 9am on
Monday.
HOUR METERED EQUIPMENT:
All rates
in this catalog are based on the equipment being
used on a standard 8 hour-per-day, 40
hour-per-week, and 160 hour-per-4 week period.
Hours on machines above these amounts will be
charged overtime per hourly rate.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP:
We will
deliver anywhere in the city limits for $25 each
way for all equipment that weighs less than
10,000 pounds. Outside the city limits, we will
deliver for $40 per hour. Equipment that weighs
10,000 pounds or more is delivered for $85 per
hour.
Rates outside of
city limits vary depending on location of
drop-off as well as type of equipment.

FUEL:
All
equipment is delivered to you with full fuel
tanks. Customer is responsible for ALL fuel
used.
DAMAGE WAIVER:
DAMAGE
WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE. DAMAGE WAIVER RELIEVES
THE RENTER OF LIABILITY FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO
THE RENTED EQUIPMENT FROM ANY EXTERNAL CAUSE AND
FOR LOSS DUE TO FIRE, COLLISION, WIND STORM,
UPSET AND RIOT.
DAMAGE WAIVER DOES
NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM THEFT, BURGLARY,
MISUSE OR ABUSE, INTENTIONAL DAMAGE, AND
MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE.
WHILE THE EQUIPMENT
IS ON RENT TO A CUSTOMER, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS
RESPONSIBILITY TO LUBRICATE, CHECK AIR FILTER,
OIL LEVEL AND ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
TO THE RENTED EQUIPMENT. DAMAGE WAIVER WILL NOT
COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM LACK OF GENERAL
MAINTENANCE.
IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES
TO REJECT DAMAGE WAIVER, TARGET RENTAL MUST
RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING TARGET
RENTAL AS LOSS PAYEE WITH A GENERAL LIABILITY
POLICY HAVING A MINIMUM OF $500,000 PER
OCCURRENCE
